Return & Refund Policy

2. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

3. We accept return if product is broken or miss order only. We just Replace piece to piece we don’t refund for items.

4. Your refunded amount will be reflected into your account, within 7-10 working days, once we receive your product.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

1. Discounted or Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.

2. Customers are requested and strongly advised to make a 360 degree video at the time of opening the packet / parcel received from the delivery person , to address any incorrect / missing items / other issues.

3. Exchange can be done if customer wants to change the size of the product or design of the product only once per order and in this case customer has to pay 200 Rupees exchange charges per order as a handling charges.

4. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, use or wash.

5. Product(s) is/are not custom altered Refund in case of Return of product

We will provide a reverse pickup facility to the customer. In case, we are not able to provide a reverse pickup facility to the customer , then the customer will have to send the parcel back to us and no Return Fee shall be deducted in such case.

Please note that reverse parcel takes anywhere from 3-20 days after pickup to reach us. The refund will be processed ONLY after we receive the customer’s parcel back (a maximum 10 days after pickup) and product(s) pass(es) the quality check.

Refund to Account – Refund requested in the ‘UPI / Paytm / Google pay wallet used for placing the order. For COD orders, one may provide an account number on the return form.

Non-acceptance of COD Orders

In case, the customer does not accept the COD order after shipment, such customers will not be able to place the COD order on our website in the future. In some genuine cases, we might not place the customer in the NO COD list.
